How to Pay

At G7 Chems, we process payments securely through QuickBooks Invoicing. Because our products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO), we use invoices instead of direct online checkout to keep all transactions compliant and protected.

Why invoices? Our products are labeled as Research Use Only, so many standard card processors do not allow direct payment on the website. Using QuickBooks invoices helps keep your purchase safe, traceable, and compliant.

Place your order on the website

Add your research products to the cart and complete the checkout form. No payment is charged at this step. We only collect your order details and contact information.

Receive your secure QuickBooks invoice

After we review your order, you will receive a QuickBooks Invoice at the email address you provided. This email includes a secure payment link directly from QuickBooks.

Pay safely through the invoice link

Click the payment button in the invoice and complete the secure checkout. QuickBooks uses bank-level encryption to protect your card and personal data.

Order processing & shipping

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your order is released for priority processing and shipping. You will receive tracking information by email once your package has been dispatched.
